Employee Directory & Organization Chart

Most organizations see the employee directory as the application that encourages most people to use the intranet regularly. Having a single central source of reliable contact information is a huge improvement for many intranets.

Besides access to the basic contact information, the integrated Profile Pages allow employees to add and update their own corporate information, and makes such information easy for other employees to retrieve. Some organizations even go beyond this, and allow employees to include a photograph, or include also more types of personal information, such as skills, work expierence or hobbies.

The employee records could be imported/synchronized with ActiveDirectory and any LDAP server. Administrators could define custom fields and decide which fields could be updated by users on their profile pages.

People Finder
The people finder is shown on top of every page and allows to quickly find people and their contact information.


Organization Chart
The interactive Organization Charts visualizes the reporting relationsship of all users. If ActiveDirectory is used the reports-to field will automatically be used to build the hierarchy.
