The Demo mode integration is a product-internal data generator that creates randomized names for meeting rooms, colleague names, events, support tickets, etc. for your Digital Assistant.
This way you can quickly get a feel for Digital Assistant and its capabilities without having to actually connect it to any of your data.
The Demo mode has been designed to help setup a rapid proof-of-concept of Digital Assistant so you can share it with your colleagues.
The Bookmarks Card makes it simple to access your most-used Office 365 applications from inside Digital Assistant.
Simply click the link to go to the web version of an Office 365 application.
The Business Travel Card shows users at-a-glance the number of upcoming travel plans, lists recent expenses and shows their reports.
The Card itself can be expanded to reveal a list of the most recent items from each section, which the user can further dive into by going directly to the travel portal software in use at the organization.
The CRM Card helps you track your and your teams progress towards weekly, quarterly and yearly sales goals. Keep an eye on your performance and see historical data and detailed financials in this Card, with beautiful graphics, charts and tables to help visualize your progress.

Never worry about forgetting things again. If you're assigned a new task, or one of your open tasks is getting close to its due date, Digital Assistant will send you a notification to let you know; helping you to keep track of your day, and focus on achieving more.
The News Card shows the user a list of the most recent news items the Connector received. The list shows 3 items by default and the user can click the expand icon to make the list larger.
The Server Monitor Card makes it simple to get a quick overview of the status of company IT infrastructure. Ask Digital Assistant about the server status, and see a list of available servers, along with their current status.
The Sever Monitor Card can also send notifications when the status of a server changes, so you can take immediate remedial action if a critical server goes down.
The Upcoming Meetings Card makes it simple to see an at-a-glance overview of your day. Any online or face-to-face meetings which are scheduled in your calendar will be shown along their details like the time, location, attendees and more.
Having an online meeting? adenin AI automatically extracts join links for all major online meeting providers, e.g. GoToMeeting, Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and more.
Without having to hunt for links and access codes, you can just click the "Join Meeting" button on the Card and you're in.
You can pin the Events Card to your Board to put a quick overview of your daily schedule at your fingertips. Additionally, you can subscribe to notifications from the Events Card to get real-time notifications when changes to your calendar happen, such as new meeting invites or a change in the start time of an existing meeting.
This update brings in a number of improvements:
- Avatars now have a coloured background when there is no photo
- We're now hiding the events that have already occurred
- Improved tracking for the "Join meeting" button
- Cancelled events are shown in red and attendees that cancelled are also shown in red
