License Calculator

	Total Number of Users: a User is every person with the right to access IntelliEnterprise


	Perpetual License: This license gives you the right to use IntelliEnterprise indefinitely. You pay a one-time, up-front fee.
	License Rental: You rent a term license which entitles you to use IntelliEnterprise for a fixed period. At the end of the period you will not be able to use IntelliEnterprise anymore. It is only possible to extend the contract period if Support and Update Subscription was purchased together with the term license.
	Support & Update Subscription: this contract includes eMail, phone and remote support and all updates (both service packs and major releases).

For customers located in the European Union a Value Added Tax (VAT) may be added to these prices.
