How to customize the Help Card

Digital Assistant is trained to respond to user's asking simply for help with a generic Help response Card that looks similar to the one below:

This Card is a very generic explanation of what Digital Assistant does and suggests the user may check apps they may already be connected to from their Linked accounts menu.

Administrators can customize this Card so that users could get direct access to a suitable contact or fill out a support form.

To do this, please contact our Support who will create a duplicate version of the Help card in your tenant which you can then customize.
